For more than forty years, Tom and Susan Curry have been partners in life, art, and adventure. What began as two creative people working together on magazine deadlines and design challenges grew into a lifelong collaboration that blends imagination, design, and a deep love for the natural world.

Tom built his career as an illustrator for Time, Rolling Stone, Newsweek, Mother Jones, and other major magazines. His conceptual images — clever, bold, and visually unforgettable — earned him international acclaim and accolades from prestigious institutions such as American Illustration, Communication Arts, Print, The New York Art Directors Club, Graphis, and The Society of Illustrators.

Susan, meanwhile, handled the business end - the deadlines, the bookkeeping, shipping the art, getting the art back - all those necessary things to get the job done. Today Susan’s focus is on building sustainable income through their online store, using Tom’s art to create high-quality, meaningful products that can reach admirers everywhere.

In the early 1990s, they traded city life for the mountains and wide skies of Alpine, Texas. There, they built their home and gallery on historic Murphy Street behind the Amtrak Station, right in the heart of town. Their commitment to sustainability is evident in their choice of home and studio materials - constructed of papercrete, an alternative green building material made from recycled paper. This choice reflects not only their personal ethos but also their deep connection to the environment.
